AddressRecharge Petroleum are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Clerk to join our team in Bibra Lake. This is a permanent fulltime position The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Who We Are:
Recharge Petroleum is a proudly family owned and managed business supplying fuel to customers located across 30% of the land area of Australia. Operating strategically located depots throughout Northern WA and NT, we specialise in deliveries to mining, retail, aviation, exploration camps, cattle stations, and remote communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account payable
- Account receivable
- Preparation of monthly adjusting and closing entries
- Ensuring site stock reconciliations are completed
- Support the Accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk or similar role
- Experience with Microsoft suits and Xero
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
