Job Description
Engineering Intern will work with Life Cycle Services Business Unit to work in Industrial Automation Projects with the systems like Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Distributed Control System (DCS) & Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems.
The successful candidate will receive Soft Skills, Technical Training through eLearning, Virtual & Classroom trainings, and then the Interns will be assigned to projects, where he/she will work under the direction of an experienced Project/Service Lead or Senior Engineer.
Engineering Intern will be involved in various stages of a projects, starting from its design, specification, programming, simulation, and testing, of automation systems.
Minimum duration of the internship program will be 3 months.

Control Panel Design
Preparing Bill of Material (BOM)
Verifying Electrical Drawings
PLC Logic Programming
HMI Screen Development and Programming
Communication between devices (EtherNet)
System documentation and Manual development
Simulation of Programs
Project Readout and presentation
Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education (SKEE) Expectations
Pursuing a full time Bachelor Engineering Degree (preferably Final Year Student) in any of the following functions like Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication.
Good knowledge and understanding of core subjects with basic knowledge of Digital Electronics and Programming Languages
Excellent in interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.
Analytical thinking & information seeking nature
Collaborate with teams & Adaptive to changes in technologies.
Attention to details & Critical thinking abilities
