Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage, deliver and evaluate ELICOS educational resources and driving continuous improvement of the ELICOS programs.
- Efficiently planning and delivering high quality face-2-face English lessons for up to 20 hours a week, as needed and in accordance with class schedules.
- Reviewing and analysing current teaching and assessment materials and adjusting, as and when required.
- Conducting courses spanning a range of levels of General English courses to international students.
- Monitor student progress and support by developing a comprehensive intervention strategy.
- Conducting validation and moderation.
- Create an engaging and positive learning environment for students.
- Participate in industry consultation, moderation, staff and validation meetings;
- Fostering and participating in a team environment and contributing to the effective delivery of quality English language courses offered to international students.
- Carrying out administrative functions in a timely and accurate manner.
Experience and Qualifications:
- CELTA equivalent TESOL qualification and bachelor's degree.
- Experience in the delivery of ESL lessons to international students.
- Proven experience working with diverse groups of students and ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- 'Student First' attitude with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a dynamic approach to classroom performance.
- A commitment to delivering an unparallel student experience.
- Demonstrated professional development in maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of significant developments in TESOL theory and practice.
- Full understanding of ELICOS industry regulatory frameworks and standards
- Strong technology capabilities, digital literacy.
