Enquiries Coordinator

Customer Service role, Hills District Location, 3 month locum, $35 per hour, plus super. Full Time role, normal office hours. Hybrid work arrangements

We have an exciting opportunity for an Enquiries Coordinator to work for an excellent not for profit organisation who work within the aged care sector. The role is full time (with hybrid work arrangements – 2 days in the office) and initially for 3 months with the possibility of long term / Permanent work. The role is based in the Hills District, near Bella Vista. The role is available to start ASAP.
About the role:

• The role would involve being the first point of contact for enquiries about Aged Care services
• Based in the Hills District
• Full Time role
• Initially a 3 month locum
• $35 per hour, plus super
• Hybrid work arrangements available – potential to work up to 3 days per week from home
• Normal office hours - 8:30am – 5pm
• Training and support provided – there would initially be 2 weeks of training

About the organisation:

This organisation runs a variety of programs within the aged care area and are one of the larger not for profit organisations who support people. They help older people who have Home Care Packages (HCP’s) to continue to live in the community. You would join a team of other service coordinators and be provided training and support.
Duties include:

• Provide information and guidance to older people, as well as their families and other health professionals
• Process all enquires and if necessary liaise with the Team Leaders and Case Managers
• Provide excellent customer service
• Troubleshoot problems that may arise
• Liaise closely with other staff members

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with excellent customer service experience
• Previous Aged Care experience is not essential as training is provided
• Culture fit is important for this organisation so we’re looking for someone who is willing to learn and bring energy and positivity
• We also require someone who can start ASAP
