Our nursing team is the heart of Clifton Community Health Services and work collaboratively across all areas of our facility. Acting with kindness, fairness and compassion as trusted members of our close-knit team, you will provide high quality care and maintain quality of life and dignity for our much-loved Aged Care residents.
There will be opportunities for involvement in quality, compliance, care planning and assessment as well as to mentor, coach and manage team members to reach their full potential in a positive and vibrant workplace. Most importantly you will build relationships with residents and make a positive difference in their lives.
Candidates will be required to present a current (issued in the past 12 months) National Police Check as part of the recruitment process.
