As an endoscopy scrub/scout nurse, you will work under guidance of the Perioperative Services Manager and Shift Leaders to deliver patient care. We also offer Ophthalmology and minor General and Plastics providing opportunities for diverse procedures. 

Your Skills and Experience

• Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered and Enrolled Nurse
• Minimum one (1) year post grad experience in endoscopy scrub scout
• Any relevant post-graduate qualifications will be highly regarded, though not required.
• Excellent understanding of infection control principles
• Willing to work in a cohesive and caring team.

Remuneration: On offer is an hourly rate ranging from

Enrolled Nurse:$34.57 - $38.61 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD EEN level 1-2 gr1-gr6) [FTE $68,310.32 – $76,293.36]

Registered Nurse:$40.47 - $52.19 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife gr2-gr8) [FTE $79,968.72 – $103,127.44]

About Our Hospital

Located on the grounds of Ramsay Clinic Caloundra, the Day Hospital is fully equipped to conduct diagnostic gastroscopy and colonoscopy procedures. Patients are admitted and discharged directly through the Day Hospital, a stand-alone building on the campus.
