About the Role
The Avenue Private Hospital is seeking experienced Orthopaedic Enrolled Nurses to join our Surgical Ward. Reporting to the ward’s Nurse Unit Manager, you will work with the support and guidance of the Paterson Ward to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered.
Your Skills and Experience
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified)
- Minimum of two (2) years’ post-graduate experience in an acute healthcare setting
- Recent experience in a surgical ward, with a background in orthopaedics ideal
- Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
Remuneration
On offer is an hourly rate ranging from $31.27 - $36.61 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC EEN gr1-gr8) [FTE $61,793.16 - $72,330.96]

About Our Hospital
The Avenue is an advanced 152 bed private surgical and medical hospital located in the inner city suburb of Windsor. The hospital has 11 operating theatres, large day surgery centre, a High Dependency Unit, a Dermatology Centre and advanced interventional imaging services (including MRI, CT and Ultrasound).
Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
