Hours Per Week: Up to 38
Exciting opportunity to join Tweed Valley Hospital, a new, major referral hospital at the heart of the network of hospitals and health facilities across the Tweed-Byron region.
The new state of the art facility will include:
- more operating theatres and recovery spaces
- expanded emergency department
- enhanced medical, surgical, and mental health services
- enhanced ambulatory care services including more outpatient clinics
- new interventional cardiology service
- new radiotherapy service as part of a new integrated cancer care service.
Employment will commence at The Tweed Hospital in preparation for the transition to Tweed Valley Hospital (TVH), which will open to patients on 23 April 2024.

The Tweed Hospital/Tweed Valley Hospital are seeking enthusiastic Enrolled Nurses who can work under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse and assists in the provision of safe, evidence based, person centred nursing care in line with the policies, procedures and standards of the Ministry of Health (MoH) and other statutory authorities.
