AddressNorwest Private Hospital is seeking Enrolled Nurses who are keen for a supportive New Graduate Program (full-time positions) or Transition Program (full-time or part-time positions) to join our Team. You will play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care is provided.

Norwest Private Hospital is located in the rapidly developing North West corridor of Sydney and is operated by Healthscope, a leading provider of private healthcare in Australia. The hospital has 277 beds and is a high acuity facility with an Emergency Department located in Sydney’s Bella Vista.
As an Enrolled Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care to individuals/groups under the direction and supervision (either indirect or direct) of the RN
- Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
- Act as a role model for Safe Practice
- Administer medications according to state law and organisation policy
- Have demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development
Essential Criteria:
- Authority to Work in Australia
- Working with Children check (if relevant)
- Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA or completion of relevant studies in 2024.
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Advanced level of clinical skills (desired)
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care
- Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
