OpportunityOur
Enrolments Manager will play a pivotal role for the business, managing
enrolment enquiries and providing outstanding customer service and follow up to
maximise enrolment opportunities for our Centres. We
are looking for an individual with a background in childcare, making this role
especially suitable for former Centre Managers or 2ICs. Familiarity with CCMS
(Xplor, QikKids) is highly advantageous, and ideally experience with CRMs,
particularly LineLeader.Responsibilities:Respond promptly to
enrolment inquiries via LineLeader CRM, social media, email, and other
specified channels, using your outstanding phone manner to communicate with prospective
families.Provide accurate and
detailed information about Mayfield Early Education's programs, curriculum,
fees, and enrolment procedures.Persuasively encourage
prospective families to schedule and attend a tour of the facility.Articulate the unique
features and benefits of Mayfield Early Education, creating a positive first
impression.Implement a systematic
follow-up process after tours, maintaining communication and addressing any
questions or concerns.Send out enrolment
links promptly and guide families through the documentation process.Engage in a hybrid role
with flexibility for remote work as well as on-site responsibilities.Leverage your childcare
experience to effectively communicate the value of our programs.Utilise your
familiarity with CCMS (Xplor, QikKids) to streamline enrolment processes.Leverage your
experience with CRMs, especially LineLeader, to manage and track enrolment
interactions efficiently.Our
Successful Applicant:Having
worked in the childcare industry in a managerial capacity, you will have a deep
understanding of how a Centre operates and the needs of families seeking outstanding
care and education for their children. You
will also demonstrate:Familiarity with CCMS
(Xplor, QikKids).Experience with CRMs,
especially LineLeader.Highly polished
customer service skills, including outstanding communication and interpersonal
