Form of workMARS Recruitment have partnered with an ASX 100 listed business who are looking for a Marketing Automation Lead to join their team (newly created position!)
The Marketing Automation Lead will be responsible for the design, delivery and continuous improvement of our client's Marketing Automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and program deliverables. The scope includes automated, always on and tactical campaigns and journeys across our outbound owned digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with key stakeholders to develop a clear roadmap, ensuring alignment and integration with business deliverables and other digital experience related programs.
- Ensure the Marketing Automation roadmap aligns with the multi-channel, end-to-end digital customer experience to support a consistent experience across channels.
- Plan and execute all outbound email and SMS activity to achieve their specific objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to create journeys and optimise the business outcomes from Marketing Automation technology.
- Ensure Marketing Automation licenses and consumption (e.g., super messages) are managed, forecast and in line with allocated budgets, or appropriate case for additional investment is outlined in advance.
Qualifications
- Working experience with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms.
- Experience building automated journeys and tactical outbound eDM programs.
- Experience with performance optimisation/experimentation (e.g., A/B and multivariate).
- Experience with personalisation/dynamic content.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to create project timelines/plans using work management software and to drive completion against those timelines.

- 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH (hybrid working environment)
- Inner Melbourne CBD located
