We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Enrolments Officer, to commence in a full-time permanent role. The role will be based at Montgrove College in Orchard Hills 3 days per week and our head office in Dural 2 days per week. This role has the option to be term time with additional weeks, or full time across the calendar year.
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the successful incumbent will be required to manage student applications and the enrolment process, with the goal of ensuring full enrolment at all Pared Schools.
The Enrolments Officer will be one of the first points of contact prospective parents have with Pared, therefore professional, efficient, and timely communication with a friendly manner are integral to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the end-to-end enrolments process from enquiry through to orientation and withdrawals
- Respond to phone and email enquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with and be present at events/functions/internal and external conferences (E.g., Open Days, Orientation Days, Information Evenings, and other events as required
- Organise interviews for future enrolments with the School Leadership Team
- Host school tours and assist with parent interviews
- Ensure all confirmed new students receive all necessary information prior to commencement at the school
- Maintaining client records, and process notes for all activities
- Prepare and send out all enrolment related letters and communication documents
- Contribute to the preparation of regular enrolment reports for management
- Assist with mail outs and data collection in relation to the enrolment process
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in busy customer service and administration functions
- Effective communicator with strong written and spoken English
- Technologically literate and quick to learn new software and database systems
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and a team player approach
Desirable
- Prior experience in Enrolments
- School experience would be ideal, although not essential
