Enrolments Officer

Family-owned business Young Academics is a dynamic and rapidly growing Early Learning Provider, with over 30+ centres across New South Wales. Our team is driven by innovation, excellence, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our families, children, and community. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Enrolments Officer to join our team.
  
About the role:
As a Childcare Enrolments Officer, your role involves ensuring a smooth and positive enrolment experience for parents and guardians.
  
Responsibilities:

• Overseeing pre-enrolment and enrolment procedures at Young Academics locations.
• Handling both incoming and outgoing calls.
• Managing wait lists for multiple locations
• Facilitating an efficient enrolment process.
• Build positive relationships with potential families to promote Young Academics Early Learning Centres.
• Providing communication and administrative support to Centre Managers.
• Coordinating the entire enrolment process from initial enquiry through to enrolment and beyond.
• Offering assistance to currently enrolled families regarding their accounts, invoices, CCS queries, and changes to enrolment.

About You:

• Extensive industry expertise and understanding of CCS processes to assist families effectively.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• High-level organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in building rapport over the phone.
• Ability to meet deadlines and KPIs.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Demonstrated experience in managing customer files and databases, specifically OWNA or similar operating systems.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A background in Childcare leadership.
