Job description
We are currently looking for an experienced Enterprise Service Desk Manager to join a welcoming and supportive team. This full time permanent role is based in Parramatta, with hybrid work arrangements.
About the role
Managing and monitoring the delivery of high quality, customer centric Service Desk services and processes
Leading service descriptions, service level agreements and reviews of current business processes to identify, analyse and implement system requirements to enhance service delivery
Managing projects related to Service Desk enhancements with vendors and service providers.
About You
Previous management and leadership experience
Experience providing mentoring, regular performance feedback and coaching for staff within relevant service areas with a focus on continuous learning
Hands on experience monitoring and managing key accountabilities, standards and processes to mitigate risk
Must be an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident currently.
