The Company
Our client is leader in their space and seeking to appoint an Admin Assistant to join their collaborative and supportive team.
The role
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception and front of house management
- Provide support to team members by handling administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute various documents, reports, and presentations essential for team meetings and project requirements.
- Maintain meticulously organised filing systems and databases to facilitate efficient information retrieval and management.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate in event planning and coordination for team-building activities and special events to foster a cohesive work environment
Skills & Experience
- No experience required
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience across Microsoft Office suites and other CRMs/systems
- Enjoys being the support for the team
