The Iceman Group of Companies is an Australian wide business that provides repairs, servicing and breakdown coverage for the Refrigerated and Trailer Transport Industry. We are offering an entry-level Administration Officer position for a successful candidate to learn about our business, procedures and develop their problem-solving skills to assist with our business nationally.
About the Role:
Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:
- Developing relationships and liaising with technicians, customers and subcontractors to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Completing, reviewing and finalising service invoicing across all divisions
- Maintaining company and customer asset and servicing databases with most current and accurate data
- Producing various reports as required
- Completing various Adhock tasks as required
About You:
You will have a willingness to learn about our business and administration processes.
In addition to this, you will have the following:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Work history in any industry is welcomed
