MicroEd Computers is looking for an additional IT professional to join their team.
MicroEd Computers has been operating in the Caboolture region for 37 years and supports domestic to medium size business clients.
Job Description:
- Break/Fix onsite repairs and well as Managed Services solutions
- Quoting, Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading equipment
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot any problems on Windows Server or Desktop environment.
- Microsoft 365
- 3CX Phone Systems
- Maintain Service Level agreement clients
- AV Audio Visual Experience not required but a bonus
You will have strong organizational and time management skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously and source additional work when required with a desire to contribute to the team's success / knowledge base and to develop personally.
