Entry Level Lead Generator - Real Estate Sales

Highland Property are looking for a high-energy, confident and enthusiastic candidate to join our Sales Team as Lead Generator. The ideal person will work well under pressure and meet targets set by the business and agent. This is a full-time position working within a very fast paced environment within a young, passionate, and excelling sales team in our Sutherland office. 

In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

• You must have a Certificate of Registration at a minimum
• Personable and professional telephone manner
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Previous customer service and sales experience in front-of-house hospitality or retail is preferable
• Drive to manage set targets and KPI's and exceed them!
• Patience and understanding to handle objections
• ​The ability to work from a script, whilst putting a personal spin on it

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Calling prospective clients from a qualified database
• Meeting daily and weekly sales targets
• Assisting and learning from Sales Agents with adhoc sales duties
• Identify, qualify and categorise contacts in AgentBox (in-house CRM system)
• ​Speaking to buyers to determine / update their requirements and offer assistance by suggesting properties we have on our stock list
• Speaking to prospective vendors to generate appraisals
• Updating notes and tasks in AgentBox to keep track of the contact and for any follow up
• Adding email addresses and subscribing contacts to our newsletters and property updates
• Regular training, sales seminars, sales meetings, in-house support and mentorship
• ​Working within a strong team environment - great team culture!
• Receiving regular in-house team and one on one training
