Role Overview:
We’re on the lookout for a proactive, self-driven individual to generate leads by engaging with homeowners for complimentary roof inspections within the Newcastle area. This role is pivotal in providing valuable services to the community, requiring no sales but focusing on engagement and information exchange.
Responsibilities:
• Engage homeowners door-to-door, explaining the benefits of a complimentary roof inspection and gathering contact details for follow-up.
• Utilise the Sales Rabbit CRM to efficiently manage and track lead information, ensuring a smooth transition for the inspection team.
• Work autonomously to manage your territory, with robust support from our team to maximise opportunities for lead generation.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and provide regular updates on lead generation progress.
Offerings:
• A competitive base salary with commission incentives for each successful lead generated (OTE $100K-$130K).
