This is the perfect Entry Level role to kick start your professional IT career and is ideal for recent TAFE grads and those with a passion for all things tech.
Since creating this role in 2019, it has been a massive success! Most of our Maintenance Engineers on average are promoted within 8-12 months. Many have been promoted to Service Engineers , Support Engineers, Senior Support Engineers and Technical Specialist. Some great examples are Teng Yew Ang who started in 2019 and is now a Technical Specialist, and Callan Manners and Ben Carey, who both started together as Maintenance Engineers in 2019, and have now progressed to Senior Support Engineers!
The role itself is responsible for performing important maintenance tasks for our clients, checking back ups, servers and firewalls. You will be talking with clients daily, and even going to client sites.
This role has an internal career pathway to Service Engineer, and then to Support Engineer, so you will have a development plan and someone to always train and guide you.

- High level of organisation
- Passion for IT
- Ability to prioritise your work, multitask and juggle many tasks simultaneously
- A team player who is also confident working unsupervised
- Valid Australian or New Zealand drivers license.
- Work safe vehicle.
- IT certifications (desirable)
- You must also hold Australian Permanent Residency or Australian or New Zealand Citizenship to be eligible for this position.
