AddressMajor Blue Air is seeking qualified B1 LAME (Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer) for the maintenance of our flight training, and charter operations based at Jandakot Airport, Perth, WA. The company operates a fleet of new G1000 equipped aeroplanes under its Part 135 AOC for charter flights and holds training approvals under CASA Part 141 and 142 for a wide variety of licences, ratings, and endorsements. Our fleet consists of Cessna 172, 182, Piper Seminole, and Cessna Caravan.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
In your role, you will be responsible for:
- Adhering to all company procedures, including our Safety Management Systems
- Working efficiently and effectively to perform aircraft and aeronautical product maintenance in accordance with all instructions for continuing airworthiness/maintenance data.
- Reporting all defects or faults identified during the course of aircraft and aeronautical product maintenance.
- As a LAME, certifying for Aircraft Maintenance and issuing certificates of release to service
Requirements:
- CASA Part 66 Licence
- Experience with turboprop and piston multi-engine aircraft
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Airport Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- Current driver's licence
