Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and provide them with guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
- Assist in the coordination of interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved
- Liaising with clients and candidates
- Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and maintain our internal database (general administrative tasks)
Requirements:
