Member Service Centre in Carousel Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm (37.5 hours per week) and some Saturdays 8.45am to 12.15pm Salary: Starting at $59,197pa + shift loading / penalties + super + incremental salary increases as you take on opportunities to complete upskilling at your own pace. Training: You’ll be set up for success with a fully paid, in-depth structured training program directly delivered virtually to you by our professional Learning and Development Advisors.

What will you be doing: Manage member enquiries by engaging with them in person or via phone/email Provide support and accurate general advice or up to date information on products and services. Building and maintaining relationships with members recommending products tailored to suit their individual needs
What we looking for: As a member-based organisation, alignment to our values is essential and we are looking for a seasoned customer service professional with sales experience, ideally in a busy, multi-tasking environment. Additionally, the successful candidate will have: Experience in working to achieving KPI’s/ targets both individually & as part of a team; The ability to adapt & flex within a changing work environment, embracing and participating positively in change; Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen & relate well to others; The ability to demonstrate empathy and resilience in assisting members in difficult situations; Strong computer literacy and ability to use many applications at once whilst having conversations.
