The key duties of the position include
Roles may perform the following duties:
• Image capture, data match and process account payments with a high level of accuracy and work output within required timeframes.
• Respond to requests for information as well as identify and escalate unresolved issues.
• Use computer based applications (e.g Microsoft Office and Comcare Information Management systems).
• Work collaboratively to manage injured employees' claims.
• Actively develop and maintain relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support as required.
