No prior experience necessary – we provide comprehensive training and the opportunity to obtain a Certificate III in Community Services!

Key Responsibilities:
-Build positive relationships with young people and provide guidance, mentorship, and emotional support.
-Assist in the planning and implementation of youth programs, activities, and events.
-Facilitate workshops and group sessions on topics such as life skills, mental health, and career development.
-Conduct outreach to engage youth in the community and connect them with resources and services.
-Collaborate with other staff members and community partners to support the needs of youth.
Qualifications:
-Genuine passion for working with young people and making a positive impact in their lives.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
-Willingness to learn and receive training in youth work principles and practices.
-Certificate III in Community Services (desirable, but not required).
