- Provide legal advice and support on planning and environment law matters, including native title, development applications, environment impact assessments and compliance issues.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and submissions to regulatory bodies.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters and stay abreast of relevant legislative developments.
- Admission as a solicitor in Queensland with a minimum of 2-5 years of post-admission experience in planning and environment law.
- Strong understanding of Queensland Planning and environmental legislation, regulations, and policies.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building lasting relationships.
