The role will be primarily based in our Perth office with the option to work from home 2-3 days per week, when you're not required on site. WSP has one of the largest Contaminated Sites teams in Western Australia, a part of our national Geo-environmental team comprising more than 280 scientists and engineers. Put simply, we have the scale and the reach you need to do the kind of work the world needs.

Your work will include the full life cycle of contaminated site assessments across a range of projects including:Legacy industrial sites
Decommissioning programs on large upstream oil and gas sites
Transport infrastructure projects including rail, road and ports
Property transaction due diligence assessments
Downstream oil and gas sites
Mine sites
Defence projects
What you’ll do
Leverage your geological logging and hydrogeological interpretation skills during field-based visits
Interrogate data, develop conceptual site models and prepare detailed and concise field notes
Draft technical assessments reports and recommendations
Apply legislation, standards, guidelines, and project specifications
About you
You are enthusiastic, reliable and great at building collaborative working relationships.You will also have:Knowledge of soil contaminants and remediation strategies
Site sampling techniques, investigation methodologies and remediation technologies for groundwater, soil and gas
