Multiple Customer Service Consultant positions are now available working for a large, well-known organisation to join their rapidly growing team. You will be required to work full-time hours between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and some Saturdays. The location is Melbourne CBD and there is the option to move into a hybrid working arrangement post training period.
Your new role
This role of Customer Service Consultant will be to provide a range of professional and efficient Customer Services to support both internal and external stakeholders of the business. Duties will include:
First point of contact via phone, email, etc.
Process inbound transactions via phone, email and any other means
Conduct outbound calls to customers and other stakeholders
Provide sound advice and information on customer matters
Other Ad-hoc duties as required

Ability to use initiative and problem solve

Strong ability to navigate and use computer systems effectively
