Expressions of interest are being sought from staff wishing to act in the position of
Human Resources Officer for a period up to thirteen (13) weeks with possible extension.
About the Position
Do you like a challenge? No working day the same? Are you confident in using IT systems and can pick up new systems quickly? Do you like talking to people? Want to develop your administration capabilities and learn about Learning Management Systems?
Learning & Development require a person who answers yes to the questions to come experience our awesome team while our Human Resources Officer, Learning and Development has a well-deserved holiday.
You need to have a high attention to detail, the ability to pick up new systems quickly, love Excel and be comfortable in the administration space. We will develop the rest!
Liaising with : Educators, AEC admin teams, facilitators, accounts team, Recruitment, Safety and Recovery, Reception, any team member who sends emails or rings into L&D with queries or problems.
Preparing: enrolments/registrations, joining instructions, collating reports, preparing PO’s and processing invoices. Being prepared to find answers to quirky questions by connecting with our team and other teams to find information.
Providing: technical assistance on zoom/MS teams and with setting up rooms for training etc.

Position Conditions
- The position is classified as Senior Administrative Assistant Grade 3 ($77,039 per annum - $78,954 per annum) paid via Higher Grade Duties.
- Work location is Rozelle with relocation to Sydney Olympic Park in late 2023.
- Start Date: 21 Mar 2024 to 10 May 2024.
- Hours of work are Monday-Friday business hours.
