Grand Pacific Health is a not-for-profit, primary health care organisation. We’re here to provide local communities in NSW and the ACT with integrated health care including physical health and mental health care services. We currently employ 400 people, provide services from 25 locations and are continuing to grow.
About the position
We have a great opportunity available for a People and Culture Officer to join our team. As a People and Culture Officer you will provide support to the team across a wide range of HR functions including onboarding, recruitment, training and WHS as well as all types of HR administration.
This position will suit someone who is highly organised and detail-oriented with previous HR experience. The People and Culture Team works closely with our stakeholders, so it's very important that you have a positive, can-do attitude and always provide excellent customer service. Proficiency in administration and reporting are also key in this position.
We are looking for someone with:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, WHS or training
- Experience working within a busy HR team in a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong administrative skills, attention to detail and priority management
- Good IT and reporting skills including MS excel, and experience with HR/training systems.
This is a permanent full-time position (part-time will be considered over a minimum 4 days per week). Full-time positions have the option to enjoy Rostered Day Off each month.
The position is based in our Wollongong Office. Work from home and or work from one of our other locations such as Shellharbour, Nowra and Southwest Sydney may be negotiated. Occasional travel to our regional offices will also be required.
