Remuneration
This position operates under the Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Award 2010 on a level 3 ($36.00/hr - $38.60/hr)

About The Role
Working as part of our team some key responsibilities include but is not limited to:
- Comprehensive HR services: Provide end to end HR advice and services across the full employment lifecycle.
- Learning and Development Initiatives: Identify, develop, and implement new learning and development policies, practices and programs to meet the needs of Centacare.
- Cyclical Process Management: Coordinate Centacare’s performance and learning and development process, collaborating with Managers to identify and implement opportunities for growth and development.
- HR Database Management: Oversee and maintain the HRIS, ensuring accurate and up to date employee records, system programming and report writing.
- Policy and Procedure Guidance: Offer guidance and assistance to the leadership team on policies, procedures, practices, regulations and legislation to ensure compliance and best practices.

Essential Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 2 years relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies and practices.
- Proven ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement effective strategies for HR-related challenges.
- High level of integrity, maturity and initiative, with the ability handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary for clear and effective interaction with employees at all levels.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to consult effectively and professional with a diverse range of individuals.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office suite and ability learn new systems and applications.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide employees while fostering a collaborative, diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to contribute to a cohesive team environment demonstrated in sharing information, supporting team priorities and ensuring open communication.
