2024 is a pivotal year for the Water Business Group, with a robust pipeline of work driving our ambitious growth plans for the national team. We currently have multiple opportunities, ranging from experienced engineers to technical leadership roles, in our Sydney, Parramatta or Newcastle office.
These roles support our Water Utilities, Water and Wastewater Treatment, and/or Asset Management & Planning (AMP) teams.

- Senior/Associate/Principal Structural Engineer, Water Utilities
- Professional/Senior/Associate Electrical Engineer, Water Utilities (PTW experience highly regarded)
- Senior/Associate/Principal Civil Engineer, Water Utilities
- Senior/Associate Mechanical Engineer, Water Treatment
- Senior/Principal Civil Engineer, Water Treatment
- Civil/Hydraulics Engineer, Water Treatment
- Senior/Principal Process Engineer (Desalination), Water Treatment
- Senior/Principal Process Engineer (Treatment Planning), Water Treatment
- Design Manager, Water Treatment
- Senior/Associate/Principal Sewer Planning Engineer, Asset Management & Planning
- Design Manager, D4C secondment
- Graduate Structural Engineer, D4C secondment
- Graduate Electrical Engineer, D4C secondment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil, Environmental, Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- CPEng; or working towards (RPEQ highly desirable)
- Experience with WaterNSW and Sydney Water projects an advantage
- Experience in the Australian water industry with water utilities, treatment and/or water modelling experience essential;
- Technical skills across a broad range of areas in the water sector
- Ability to break down complex problems, develop cohesive strategic responses, and then present to stakeholders to come to an agreement on a preferred way forward;
- Demonstrated experience 'thinking outside the box' and challenging the status quo;
- Identify strategic risks, situations where these risks may become problematic during project delivery and inform the project team.
- Interest in the environmental, sustainability and social impacts of our work and ability to take this into account when developing decision making processes.
- Experience in the application of modelling software and/or analytics techniques.
