What you'll be doing
This position in the Short Term Equipment Service provides equipment as prescribed by a Health Care Professional including hospital beds delivered into the Community and for outpatients to assist with the discharge of patients from hospital and the prevention of clients being re-admitted to hospital.

- Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative as well as work as part of a team
- Understanding of the management of patient complaints and patient privacy
- Demonstrated communication skills including written and verbal, computer literacy including word processing, email and data entry
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills including the ability to manage client enquiries and information exchange where clients are often culturally and linguistically divers and varying disabilities
- Current NSW drivers licence with the ability to drive a van
- Demonstrated knowledge of WH&S and Manual Handling Techniques
