Full-time, fixed-term appointment until December 2024
HEW 6 - $85,846 p.a. plus up to 17% superannuation

About the role
The Equity and Inclusion Officer will assist the achievement of the Student Equity and Inclusion strategies establishing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating projects and programs.
You will:
coordinate the implementation and monitoring of Student Equity and Inclusion plans, programs, initiatives and procedures;
develop stakeholder relationships with community organisations and networks;
provide direct support and information to students on equity matters; and
deliver training programs and presentations for Student Equity and Inclusion initiatives.
About you
You will have a demonstrated understanding of sensitive and complex issues related to equity, diversity and Inclusion and the ability to develop collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will have the ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy when dealing with sensitive issues whilst responding to risks appropriately.
