The ERP Administrator – Deltek, role has now become a standalone role, highlighting its utmost importance for Populous. This role reports through to our Head of Operations, but more importantly, our future team member will have the opportunity to work with team members and project leaders across the entire Asia Pacific (APAC) region who are responsible for designing and delivering the absolute worlds best sports, entertainment and aviation projects that define the communities they are built in.

What are we looking for?

An energetic and passionate individual who can manage both our effective use, and continuous improvement of our project management and planning system, for our APAC operations. This role is located in our thriving Brisbane Office and is part of a larger team working alongside our Head of Operations and our Resourcing Manager, APAC. In this role, our future ERP Administrator - Deltek, will play a pivotal role in facilitating critical project planning, efficiency and accuracy, ensuring our project leaders across the region can maximise their use of the system.

Specifically, our future ERP Administrator – Deltek, will be responsible for:

  • Providing application support to end users.
  • Problem solving to resolve errors that may arise from improper application and use of the system.
  • Working closely with other teams to understand business processes and needs, ensuring that our Deltek system aligns with organisational goals and requirements.
  • Creating effective reports for end users.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including training, regarding system configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Making configuration changes as needed with proper review and testing.

Further to this, the type of people we’re looking for are those with:

  • Understanding of, and experience with, system configurations. 
  • Prior experience with Deltek is advantageous.
  • Prior experience working within a multi-company and multi-currency environment is also favourable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of the basics associated with using Microsoft SQL (MSSQL) and knowledge of how SQL databases work, along with the ability to write SQL queries and code.
  • Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot errors (both user and system) using.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain workflows.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise when managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, is required.
  • Understanding of Project Management principles.
