The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in assisting our client to deliver a replacement Enterprise Resources
Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) service. They will be responsible for understanding the
business needs, analysing processes, and translating requirements into a requirements specification. The BA will then
contribute to the successful implementation of new services including documenting and optimizing our business operations.

• Elicit and analyse business needs to determine requirements.
• Lead the analysis and definition of business processes and procedures.
• Define business requirements and develop Business Requirements Specification.
• Develop and maintain Business Requirements Traceability matrix.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead the design and documentation of system processes and work instructions to align with business
process.
• Support quality assurance activities through all test phases to ensure traceability, alignment to business
requirements and outcomes.
• Support organisational change activities including identifying change impacts, training needs, and assisting
with communications and transition activities to ensure business readiness.
• Assist in the identification and management of issues and risks.
• Assist in project planning, delivery and reporting on assigned work packages.
• Define ERP / HCM Business Requirements
• Maintain Business Requirements Traceability Matrix
• Lead the development of Business / System processes and procedures
• Support Quality Assurance and Organisational Change activities
• Deliver and report on assigned Work Packages
• Actively support project delivery activities including planning, reporting and management of issues and risks.
