Our client is a leading ERP technology consulting organisation who provide various services from digitial, ERP, CRM and HCM transformation and implementation consulting, business process improvement solutions as well as strategy and roadmapping.
Due to strong growth, they are looking for an experienced ERP Process Improvement Consultant who has excpetional business analysis and process improvement skills. You will have proven ERP implementation and transformation consulting experience.
It is preferred that the candidate has experience working in either of the "big 4" consulting firms (Deloitte, PWC, EY or KPMG), alternatively an ERP software vendor.
This role can be positioned in either Melbourne or Brisbane
Duties for this role will include
• Recignise and clearly articulate what is lacking, what is working and what leads to or hinders the clients competitive edge ("as-is" stage)
• Plan and agree on how the clients wants to work in the future by leveraging better technology and data, streamlining processes, improving the enggagement of key roles and implementing governance structures
• Learn the discussions around solution set - specifically the ERP and other products that are being selected or advised
• Understand key projects, business requirements and investment required to be able to successfully implement new ways of working ("roadmap stage"
• Extensive business requirements gathering and business process improvement duties
• Present both the functional capabilities and business value of the ERP application including demonstrating deep familiarity with direction, product roadmap and industry presence.
• Performs all other duties as assigned
