Form of workAbout the role:
This business-critical role is responsible for the organisation and alignment of company resources to ensure the successful delivery of a multi-year ERP project.
This role will coordinate and collaborate with the external implementation partner to ensure the development and execution of project plans for ERP implementations, with a meticulous adherence to timelines and budgets.
Primary Accountabilities Including (but not limited to):
- Certifying key project milestones and outcomes, whilst maintaining alignment with the project plan and established business strategies, policies, and company standards
- Implementing essential project and change management methods appropriate to the projects scope in conjunction with operational monitoring and control processes
- Providing regular and accurate reporting on the progress of the project, specific to the agreed delivery aligned with scope, timeframe, and budgetary constraints
- Nurturing a high performing project team by demonstrating strong leadership capabilities which align with the company’s vision and values
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations, governance and standards whilst ensuring quality processes are understood, employed and consistently maintained
- Effectively managing the expectations of all key stakeholders and influencers involved in the project, whilst communicating any variables effectively
- Identifying potential issues, roadblocks and risks, and working to devise proactive plans and preventative actions required to keep the project on track
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Qualifications and training in Project Management, with a comprehensive understanding of PMBOK principals and experience with full cycle project management
- Proven work experience managing the implementation of medium to large transformation projects
- A well demonstrated understanding of complex business processes and improvement practices applicable to the project delivery cycle
- A first-rate knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure with experience working with various suppliers and providers essential to the integration of complex IT infrastructure and software
- Strong technical understanding of SaaS delivery, IAM / RBAC methods, and Privacy and Infosec practices
- Confident in the preparation of comprehensive reporting and project documentation with the ability to interpret complex information for stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management experience with the ability to collaborate, manage and get the best out of remote teams
- Previous experience working with and/or implementing NetSuite would be considered highly advantageous
