Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
As a member of our project management team, your responsibilities include:
Planning the Project Lifecycle:
- Thoroughly plan all aspects of the project lifecycle.
- Utilize a structured and disciplined approach to manage risks, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Hands-On Project Execution:
- Take a hands-on approach to project execution, collaborating closely with your team, supporting teams, and the customer.
Budget, Scope, and Schedule Management:
- Manage project budget, scope, and schedule to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Completion of PM Artifacts:
- Ensure all project management artifacts are completed and delivered, meeting both client and internal requirements.
- Provide periodic reporting to the Steering Committee and the enterprise PMO.
Coordination with Internal Delivery Teams:
- Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure delivery planning is integrated and release dependencies are managed effectively.
Contribution to Implementation Reviews:
- Contribute to implementation reviews and lessons learned workshops.
- Utilize past lessons learned to enhance future project delivery.
Guidance on Continuous Improvement:
- Guide project teams on continuous improvement initiatives and reinforce core Agile values and principles.
Feedback and Refinement:
- Provide constructive feedback for Sofico's methodologies and procedures, actively participating in their refinement.
- Offer feedback on delivery methodologies and procedures, contributing to their ongoing improvement.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, fostering collaboration across teams, and driving continuous improvement in our project management practices.

To excel in this role, we are looking for a Project Manager who possesses the following qualities and experiences:
Stakeholder Management and Influence:
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential.
- Ability to drive the delivery of first-class products into client environments.
Hands-On Approach:
- This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for all aspects of planning, scheduling, resource output monitoring, scope, change, issues, and risk management.
Experience in Large-Scale ERP Projects:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP projects encompassing Agile deliveries.
- Experience in managing multi-stream projects involving requirements gathering, change management, development, data migration, document and report generation, testing, business readiness, cutover, and hypercare.
Customer-Facing ERP Implementation Projects:
- Extensive experience with customer-facing ERP implementation projects.
- Excellent insight into financial business processes, with relationship-building skills coming naturally to you.
Knowledge of Software Implementation Phases:
- Thorough knowledge and experience with different phases of software implementation projects, from pre-sales to go-live.
- Ability to maintain an overview of various phases and manage the implementation of different modules simultaneously.
Management of Technical Teams:
- Proven experience in managing technical teams, ensuring all roadblocks are removed to facilitate timely delivery.
Collaborative and Team-Focused:
- Ability to collaborate effectively, listen actively, and share knowledge within a team-focused environment.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in fleet management and projects using cloud technology would be advantageous.
- Relevant product training will be provided to further enhance your skills and expertise.
