The Role:
Reporting to the IT Manager, the ERP Specialist role plays a critical role in maintaining and optimising the current ERP system, IP1 (also known as Powermaster or Bookmaster), which is based on the AS400 platform with DB2 databases.
The ideal candidate will have a strong operational understanding of all aspects of the ERP system and will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, documenting processes and maintaining integrations with external systems.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Document processes and procedures related to the ERP system to a high standard, with the goal of facilitating knowledge transfer and future system enhancements.
- Design new applications with plug-and-play integration capabilities to facilitate seamless transition to any future ERP system.
- Document processes and procedures related to the ERP system to a high standard, with the goal of facilitating knowledge transfer and future system enhancements.
- Work closely with the development team to support the integration of new applications with the ERP system and maintain existing integrations with external systems.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with ERP systems, with a focus on maintenance and support.
- Strong operational understanding of ERP and WMS systems, preferably with experience in IP1/InforSCE.
- Knowledge of AS400/DB2 platform is highly regarded.
- Experience documenting processes and procedures to a high standard.
