Reporting to the Technical Services Superintendent, an opportunity exists for a proactive and organised ERZ Controller to provide Support Services to the Technical Services department.
The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Holding a strong commitment to safety and the safety performance of your crew
- Leading and supervising personnel to meet and improve on planned targets and standards
- Contributing to the daily plan, taking into consideration production strategy, systems, sequence, standards, and timeframes.
- Providing specialist operational knowledge to ensure that all statutory requirements are met
- Proactively maintain statutory and shift specific documentation, as well as the accurate collection of data
- Influencing and maintaining a positive team culture
About you:
- Proven previous experience in a similar role within underground mining
- Third Class/Second Class Certificate of competency (minimum)
- Front line management experience
