The way we work continues to evolve and at Zurich we are committed to creating ways of working that ensure you are helping to create a brighter future.A great opportunity exists to join Zurich's Motor Claims team as a Claims Support Officer.In this varied role, you will support the Claims team to deliver a high level of service to our customers through the claims assessing process. Your responsibilities will include liaising with a range of internal/external stakeholders, booking/allocating assessments, managing assessor work volumes, arranging quotes for repairers, and responding to enquiries.You will be joining an experienced team and helping our customers navigate the repair management process.Important to your success- let's grow together

• Claims experience highly desirable
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong customer service experience
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
