The Role
Working on a village project within the northern suburbs of Melbourne, your responsibilities are as follows:
- Maximise land sales and achieve targets through strategic planning and market research.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, building relationships with buyers and industry professionals.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate leads and promote the land development project.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing enquiries, guiding buyers through the purchasing process, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports on sales performance, and collaborate with finance and accounting teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, provide support to the sales team, and foster a collaborative work environment.
What you will need to succeed
- Proven experience in land sales or real estate, preferably in the Melbourne market.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet sales targets and build relationships.
- Sound knowledge of the local property market, regulations, and competitor activities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with buyers, agents, and industry professionals.
- Preferred qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
