Closing Date: 11:30pm, Thursday 04 April 2024About the OpportunityAs an Estate Services Officer, you will be required to provide an exceptional service within our Estate Services branch by providing an administrative service to individual customers for trusts and estates under the incumbent’s control, including the provision of advice and liaising on real estate sales, taxation matters and the collection or transfer of estate assets and the investment of customers’ funds.The role will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with our customers to deliver a high quality service.About YouYou have the proven ability to communicate with a wide range of people, both verbally and in writing.You enjoy problem-solving and can effectively manage conflict situations.You will enjoy working independently while managing a caseload and contributing to organisational growth and development as a member of a professional team.Your focus is on delivering quality results.If you think you possess some or all the following qualities, we encourage you to apply:

About the BusinessPublic Trustee’s mission statement is: “To protect the wishes and interests of those we serve”.The Office of the Public Trustee was established in 1881 and is constituted under the provisions of the Public Trustee Act 1995.The role of the Public Trustee is to provide eligible South Australians with access to Will making services, powers of attorney preparation and deceased estate and trust administration.
