Closing Date: 11:30pm, Wednesday 3rd April 2024About the OpportunityAs Operations Coordinator, you will ensure effective operational management of the Estate Services branch and be responsible for driving high levels of customer service both externally and within the business while motivating and leading a team to help deliver a high level of customer service.You will analyse branch activity and compliance reports to identify actions to drive high levels of customer service, both to internal and external customers and you will be required to support the planning and implementing of approved change and improvement activities within the branch.You will be required to oversee the development of a branch workforce management plan, that includes recruitment, deployment, on-boarding, rostering, training, salary budgeting and leave management, which will maintain an optimal workforce that is well equipped and available to support the needs of our customers and colleagues. In addition, you will oversee and lead the branches complaint handling process, oversee the branches telephony system and responsiveness, plan and co-ordinate interventions to manage key work activities and review policy and procedures within the branch.Importantly you will be able to contribute positively to a vibrant and cohesive culture within the branch. This role will enable you to showcase your outstanding leadership and customer service skills within a dynamic team that takes pride in customer service delivery.About YouYou are a strategic leader with demonstrated experience and a passion to always deliver a high level of customer service.
