About the role

- preparing and analysing subcontract tender packages
- planning and leading cost estimates for small, medium and large projects
- working with our trades to get the best price and solution
- fielding calls and questions about RFIs

About you
- great attitude and a supportive team player
- a degree or TAFE qualification in building
- the ability to think strategically and laterally
- great written and verbal communicator
- the ability to meet deadlines and stay focused under pressure
- a keen eye for detail
- solid understanding of Microsoft Office programmes
