The Role
Reporting to Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Workflow management and ongoing development of the Estimating Team
- Facilitate continuous improvement of processes and practices
- Achieve workflow targets in relation to accuracy and volume
- Liaise with other departments to improve internal processes
- Be prepared to be hands on and estimate as well
What do you need?
- Demonstrated experience managing an Estimating Team
- Ability to set and manage team performance targets
- Sales Estimating Experience is highly regarded
- A high energy approach with a passion for people development
- 5+ years experience in production or sales estimating. Volume building background would be highly regarded.
