Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, review, and respond to new business opportunities.
- Accountable for overall pricing of tender submissions
- Business Development utilising online portals to source new leads.
- Assess, compile and prepare accurate resource-based estimates and quotations for Demolition and building/renovations projects.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations on the progress of the tender and proposal.
- Manage and maintain client databases.
- Negotiate pricing and obtain quotes from suppliers for projects.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and key internal and industry stakeholders.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Demolition/Construction Industry – Primarily Demolition
- Exceptional time management skills, capability to ensure deadlines are met, work with minimal supervision.
- Successful track record in winning bids.
- Act in a professional manner with a high work ethic.
- Previous experience with estimating software tools and strong MS Suite
- The ability to work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise.
- High level of negotiation and analytical skills
