About Our Role
We are seeking a dynamic & skilled Estimator/Supervisor to join our team, based from our Kiama office. Our role offers the opportunity to travel throughout the picturesque Illawarra and South Coast regions and up to Sydney. On a daily basis you will visit multiple sites, where you will conduct assessments on a diverse range of projects.
Utilising your building knowledge & expertise, you will assess the damage, identify the cause based on evidence obtained onsite, type a quality scope of works & report to support your findings.
This role also offers the ability to enjoy some time offsite, working from our Kiama office, remotely supervising site works. You will be sourcing, scheduling & coordinating tradespeople on an array of projects, whilst maintaining our company workflow management system & striving to achieve your KPI's.
About You
Ideally, you will be located in Kiama & must be able to commit to daily travel.
You will have a Carpentry trade background, proven experience in estimating, scoping works & writing reports for a diverse range of construction works.
You will be familiar with engaging tradespeople, scheduling workflows & managing multiple construction projects.
You will have sound computer & typing skills, with experience in using tablets, smart phones & prior exposure to workflow management systems.
Your great time management, extraordinary work ethic, & exceptional interpersonal skills will compliment our team.
A valid Drivers License, a White Card & Working Safely from Height Certificate are a must for this role.
