Ambrose Construct Group are one of Australia's largest insurance repair specialists. With offices in every state of Australia. We are seeking experienced Estimator/Supervisor to join our rapidly expanding team in Geelong.

- Insurance Building Estimator/Supervisors
- Report directly to our Victorian Construction Manager
- Estimate, Schedule and Supervise trades and repairs
- Exceed KPIs by learning how to estimate and Supervise insurance repairs using our industry leading technology
- Deliver an exceptionally high level of customer service, through effective written / oral communication with an innate ability to build relationships and resolve conflict
- Receive a market competitive salary, vehicle, fuel card, tablet, phone, uniform and industry based equipment
- Insurance industry experience and knowledge of Water Claim Management is advantageous but not essential (this position is about cultural fit, we can teach you about insurance repairs, and how to exceed KPIs, but we can't teach work ethic and to care about your customers, colleagues and repairs - that is on you!)
- Trade qualified (preferably carpentry)
- Previous experience in Estimating, Scheduling and Supervising trades and repairs (insurance related is preferred)
- A working knowledge of the National Construction Code, Building Regulations and Victorian centric legislation and Workplace Health and Safety requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent computer skills across mobile devices, repair management systems and Microsoft Office suite of programs and an ability to rapidly learn new systems
- An aptitude for creating, reading and interpreting scopes of work
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure the highest quality of repair
- A proactive nature and be keen to work as a member of a highly successful, KPI driven team
- A strong commitment to safety
